Who We Are

The Hill Emissaries is a faith-based organization founded by Mark and Timi, driven by a deep love for God and a passion for serving others. Rooted in Christian values, our mission centers on faith outreaches, career and leadership development, scholarships, and practical aid. Inspired by their personal journeys, Mark and Timi created this platform to empower individuals—especially young people—to overcome limitations, embrace their identity, and reach their full potential regardless of background or circumstance. We are more than an organization; we are a community of hope, committed to transforming lives through faith, education, and compassionate action.

About the Founders

Pedepo Emmanuel is a God-fearing young man and co-founder of The Hill Emissaries. Based in Florida, USA, he is passionate about empowering lives through faith, leadership, and education. He earned academic distinction while pursuing his education in Lagos, Nigeria, Washington, D.C.; and Florida, USA. A management and leadership enthusiast, Pedepo is committed to mentoring the next generation and helping individuals grow in faith, purpose, and service.

He is married to Timi B. Emmanuel, a God-fearing young woman with a firm belief in faith, family, and finance. Timi earned distinction in all her accounting studies across Lagos, Nigeria, and Boston, Massachusetts. She is a Chartered Accountant and currently serves as a senior auditor at one of the Big Four accounting firms in the United States. Together, united by God’s love and a shared passion for souls, they oversee the activities of The Hill Emissaries Faith Outreach across the world.
